Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSSSB 328(CRA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSSSB 328(CRA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSSSB 328(CRA) pass the House?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSSSB 328(CRA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
